📋 Description

• Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations of the Airship platform to prospective customers • Develop a deep understanding of Airship technologies and how they can be applied to solve customer challenges. • Collaborate effectively with the sales team, product team, and other internal stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives and provide seamless customer experiences • Partner with customers during the pre-sales process to understand their business needs, conduct solution discovery, and map business outcomes to Airship products • Contribute to the development of responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) • Provide ongoing technical consultation and support to customers throughout their evaluation and purchasing journey • Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating Airship's commitment to delivering high-value engagements • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in mobile and web engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within the mobile or marketing technology space • Fluency in both English and French is required • Strong technical background relating to mobile apps, web, email, sms and experience using REST APIs • Hands-on experience with mobile applications, web technologies, and APIs • Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and explain them in a clear and concise manner • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and business stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment • A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development • Experience in solution architecture and designing technical solutions • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!
