📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the project management methodology • Direct and manage delivery of projects from beginning to end • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders • Set and manage project expectations • Delegate tasks and responsibilities • Identify and resolve issues within the project team • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations • Manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties • Conduct project postmortems and create recommendations report.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; in a technical field, healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business with significant portions managing IT projects or technology deployment projects • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively in progress of obtaining • 2+ years previous work experience in project support of similar experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
