• Monthly accounting record of expenses, reclassifications, daily income record to know the financial situation of the company. • Monthly bank account reconciliations. • Monitor Balance Sheet and P&L accounts with appropriate records in order to provide reconciled balances. • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for all team financial metrics. • Intercompany review and communication to reconcile balances. • Billing of intercompany services, fixed assets, commissions and interests. • Electronic invoicing. • Preparation of working papers for monthly and annual tax returns. • Auxiliary reports for internal and external audit.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position. • Public Accounting Degree. • Knowledge of Excel and other MS tools. • Knowledge of accounting programs / ERP (Oracle Cloud preferably). • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Proactive and focused on results. • Constant communication with the areas. • Previous experience in Big4 or consultancy firms is a plus.
