• Conduct daily, in‑person sales visits to physicians, clinics, optometry practices, and medical offices within an assigned territory. • Present clinical data, product features, and appropriate use information to influence prescribing behavior and product utilization. • Secure orders, commitments, or agreements to prescribe or utilize Alcon pharmaceutical products, in accordance with policy. • Routinely plan and execute field routing schedules to maintain strong territory coverage and high levels of field presence. • Build and maintain professional relationships with HCPs and office staff to expand access, utilization, and advocacy. • Support product adoption through consistent follow‑up, education, and responsiveness to customer needs. • Participate in industry meetings, training programs, and regional or national sales meetings as required. • Conduct sample drops accurately and in full compliance with PDMA, company policy, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned products, disease states, and competitive landscape.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs; M.S.) • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field‑based role • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and consultative‑selling skills • Comfort engaging healthcare professionals in professional, face‑to‑face discussions
