📋 Description

• providing expert technical support and maintenance for Alexander Dennis products across the UK • diagnosing and repairing faults on mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems • working closely with customers to provide technical advice • ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • performing fault diagnosis, preventative and reactive maintenance, warranty claim support • ensuring service vehicle is fully equipped • engaging in regular training to maintain product expertise

🎯 Requirements

• time-served PCV/LGV technician • strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems • self-motivated, adaptable, and professional • ability to work independently and lead a team • full UK driving licence • experience in commercial vehicle maintenance • Bonus: High voltage diagnostic experience (EV products) • Bonus: HVAC and hybrid HV diagnostic experience • Bonus: EV driveline (Voith) and EV battery (ICPT 600V) diagnostic experience • Bonus: Experience in upselling retail work and supporting customer requirements
