📋 Description

• Serve as subject matter expert for separation equipment products and applications • Identify and provide reliable solutions for technical issues throughout the sales process • Enhance the offering through training and condition audits • Work with Service Sales and Field Service to roll out value-added services • Support Service Sales as a technical partner and sales enabler • Support customers through visits, meetings, product presentations, and customized value propositions • Define and deliver training programs for employees, channels, and customers • Champion launches of new service products • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and promote Alfa Laval products and applications • Develop methods to analyze equipment and process reliability • Analyze connected-equipment data and recommend improvements • Generate leads and opportunities in OneCRM for service-sales follow-up • Learn and use multiple Alfa Laval information technology systems • Travel up to 40%

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma/associate degree in engineering or a related field degree, with relevant experience • 5+ years of rotating equipment or related industrial equipment experience • Strong product knowledge and/or application experience with decanter centrifuges • Ability to gather, analyze, and suggest solutions to process problems • Willingness to develop ideas and procedures to solve problems • Excellent customer interaction and engagement skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to use and learn service digital tools • Team-player orientation and ability to relate to people at all levels • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with international colleagues • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows • Electrical troubleshooting knowledge • Self-motivated with a determined work ethic • Structured and organized • Ability to travel up to 40% • Currently residing in the United States or having an established presence in the area is prioritized
