📋 Description

• Own the operational health, governance, and integrity of customer and prospect data across GTM. • Ensure Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and related data are accurate, enriched, synchronized, and governed. • Partner with GTM Systems, Marketing/Sales Operations, Analytics, and Customer Success Operations. • Act as the operational steward for customer and prospect data across the GTM ecosystem. • Execute recurring hygiene programs including deduplication and lifecycle management. • Administer enrichment workflows across GTM platforms. • Monitor critical integrations between systems like Salesforce and Marketo. • Support operational readiness for new fields, objects, and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Data Operations, or related GTM operations function. • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data management principles. • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and GTM data platforms. • Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse concepts is a plus. • Understanding of CRM architecture, lead lifecycle management, and data enrichment. • Experience maintaining data quality through governance, validation rules, deduplication, and operational data hygiene. • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
