📋 Description

• Algolia is an aggressively positioned, post-series D SaaS company focused on AI driven Search as a Service. • Remote United States position, split 70/30 application management and project management, up to 10% travel. • Manage software and service relationships and associated contracts with major vendors. • Administrate IS and IAM tech stack with specialization in Okta, Gsuite, Atlassian, Obsidian and Slack. • Coordinate across teams to design and manage internal SaaS deployments. • Ally with Information Security and Infrastructure teams. • Create documentation to enable end users. • Engage in development of less experienced engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical support experience. • 7+ years managing IT environments. • A Masters in Computer Science or its equivalent. • Expertise with macOS and Windows as well as familiarity with Linux. • Experience at our current stage and beyond ($50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
