📋 Description

• Discovery & prioritization: conduct interviews, workshops and data analysis to identify pain points, hypotheses and success metrics; • Modeling: produce UML (use cases, sequence, class) and BPMN to clarify end-to-end processes; • APIs & contracts: define REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger), payloads, rules, versioning and compatibility criteria; • Functional specification: write User Stories with testable acceptance criteria (Gherkin), flows, validations and messages; • Information architecture: design journeys, wireflows and non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability); • Domain-driven discovery: facilitate event storming and map domain entities/aggregates (bounded contexts) in the tax/accounting domain; • Quality & delivery: support QA in defining scenarios; validate deliveries with stakeholders and clients; • Tax compliance: translate legal rules into applicable logic (e.g.: CST/cClassTrib, rules for NFe/NFCe/CTe/MDF-e, SPED and reporting obligations); • Metrics & impact: define and track KPIs (feature adoption, NPS by flow, delivery lead time, tax error rate).

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years as a Business Analyst or equivalent role in digital SaaS products; • Practical experience with UML (use cases, sequence, class); • Definition of REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger), versioning and error patterns; • End-to-end experience in web product lifecycle (discovery → specification → go-live → iterate); • Writing User Stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and decision matrices; • Experience collaborating with engineering (FE/BE), QA and product teams; • Tools: Swagger, Postman, Azure DevOps Boards, Miro, Draw.io, Notion, Excel; • Reading data models and basic SQL for validations and analysis.
