📋 Description

• design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities supporting healthcare applications and services • implementing and governing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform • driving compliance alignment across DevOps processes to meet SOC 2, HIPAA • automating deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability across distributed cloud services • collaborating with security, compliance, and audit teams to support continuous monitoring • delivering infrastructure and application deployments during weekend release windows as required; participate in an on-call rotation • enforcing and contributing to engineering standards, best practices, and technical design reviews • troubleshooting and remediate complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience • at least 3 years hands-on experience in both Azure and AWS • expertise with YAML-based pipelines (multi-stage, reusable templates, variable groups, environments) • completed a program of study typically requiring four years of post-secondary education or higher in Computer Science or technical related field • proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub/GitHub Actions for CI/CD, repository management, and pipelines governance • proficiency using PowerShell, Bash, or Python • expertise with Azure Cosmo DB, Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS), or GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux) • maintain experience with observability tools such as Azure Application Insight, New Relic, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch • have certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400
