📋 Description
• Open claims with the Quebec Workers’ Compensation Board (CNESST) and manage them proactively • Investigate and analyze reported incidents to identify and address issues promptly • Maintain regular and open communication with clients, injured workers, and the CNESST • Interpret and apply Quebec's workers’ compensation legislation, policies, and procedures • File injury reports, identify appeal issues, and draft objection letters • Develop, implement, and monitor return-to-work and rehabilitation strategies • Ensure timely follow-up on medical reports and review CNESST correspondence • Identify and prepare files for Independent Medical Evaluations (IME)
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in managing workers' compensation claims in Quebec • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and the claims management process in Quebec • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French • Background in human resources, health and safety, or insurance is an asset
