• Overseeing the delivery and consistency of business configuration across Customer Solution Delivery Business Analysts, Leave Solution Analysts, and Alight India teams • Ensuring execution of best practices for requirements gathering, system setup using business-configurable tools, and testing • Driving measurable, consistent, and predictable portfolio delivery to accelerate and optimize solutions for Alight’s customers • Leading the advancement of the implementation delivery model by integrating SIS framework best practices • Providing post-go-live stabilization support for AM360-migrated clients to ensure successful renewals and long-term satisfaction • Maximizing the Alight India Shared Service Model for efficiency, throughout, and scale • Direct shared services vendor delivery where applicable • Taking ownership of CRO accountabilities from client intake and managing defect tickets directly from ServiceNow • Overhauling the LeavePro Pass Thru governance model to support automation of production readiness and scorecard metrics • Enabling faster and higher-quality client request fulfillment • Managing a team of Customer Solution Delivery individual contributors • Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded • Analyzing current processes to identify and implementing optimal technology solutions • Collaborating with technology partners to coordinate development efforts and ensure timely, accurate delivery • Maintaining a knowledge base of current tools, technologies, and methodologies • Training team members on process standards and tool usage to ensure consistent execution • Providing analytical insights and expert advice to clients • Managing communications related to ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders • Defining best practices via management of tools and resources to fit into Alight Leave Solutions enterprise goals and needs • Supporting direct reports through coaching, mentoring and performance management. This can include validation of their work, relationships with peer and project stakeholders and time management.
• Possess education of bachelor in a business, management and/or technical field or equivalent work experience • Have a minimum of 8 years relatable work experience • Have Professional Certification in Business Analysis (Ex. ECBA) and/or Project Management (i.e. PMP) and Group Benefits domain knowledge in your background is a skill or requirement essential to be high performing in the role • Display a minimum three years of experience managing projects using Agile, SAFe, Iterative, or Hybrid methodologies • Be able to act as a Product Owner to break down project requirements into sprints and deliverables • Be proficient using Confluence, JIRA, Clarity, SharePoint, and other software for project and task management • Demonstrate track record in effective vertical project management, including excelled organizational skills, with demonstrated ability for both tactical execution and strategic thinking • Serve as a subject matter expert in Agile, SAFe, Lean, project management (including various methodologies), and program/portfolio management • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget • Display excellent communication skills, with ability to work with business & technical teams • An ability to thrive in a high intensity, faced paced environment • Have independent business analysis skills and an aptitude for priority to detail & process oriented.
