📋 Description

• This role is responsible for the creation of high-quality, client-focused proposals that support the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing clients, aligned with Alimentiv’s goals and therapeutic area strategy. • This role will collaborate with cross function teams including Operations, Medical, Legal, Finance, Business Development and Proposals to ensure proposals are strategically aligned, competitive and compliant. • In addition, the role will collaborate with project leadership, functional leadership and the Alimentiv Site Network (ASN) team to develop the operational strategy countries/sites/timelines/key project success factors, outsourcing vendor needs, risk identification and mitigation strategies etc..), prepare and review commercial proposals for new studies as well as prepare operational strategy content for bid defenses.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc and 10+ years of related experience in (Business Development, Proposals, Feasibility, Clinical Project Management); equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Deep understanding of clinical trial delivery and sponsor expectations • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority • High degree of professionalism and executive presence • Organizational agility and strong problem-solving orientation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools and project tracking systems • Ability to travel (10%) and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
