📋 Description
• Own the technical configuration and backend build of customer environments during implementation • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with best practices • Partner closely with an Implementation Manager (IM) and Activation Engineer (ACTI) • Configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions using tools such as JSON and Postman • Provide client-facing support when deep functional or technical expertise is required
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, solution engineering, or backend system configuration within enterprise SaaS • Proficiency working with APIs and backend configuration tools (JSON, REST APIs, Postman) • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations • Strong written documentation skills • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and technical delivery teams
