📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of assigned Belonging & Engagement projects, coordinate workflow, and track progress • Support companywide peer coaching, mentorship, sponsorship, and fellowship programs • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, allocating assignments and enlisting team support • Oversee employee resource group leadership calls, lead forums, and report insights to B&E team leaders • Serve as the first point of contact for B&E vendor vetting calls and provide alignment recommendations • Handle preliminary Belonging & Engagement conversations with clients and support the intake process • Support presentations and thought leadership by summarizing reports/documents and proofreading • Prepare materials for client and internal meetings and ensure deadlines are met • Address complex B&E questions by phone, email, or in person, escalating when needed • Respond independently to routine correspondence with minimal supervision • Prepare project proposal drafts for review before launches • Monitor B&E data reports while maintaining integrity and confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience • One (1) or more years of related project management experience • One (1) or more years of Belonging and Engagement experience • Experience and general knowledge of the insurance industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and time management skills • Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork • Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects, deadlines, and owners • Ability and motivation to work independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools is a plus
