🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese • At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls, in the last 3 years. • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for results. • A dynamic and resilient personality. • Excellent communication skills and customer focus. • Strong sales and negotiation abilities. • Adaptability to work under performance targets. • Proactive, energetic, and persistent.
