📋 Description

• Define project scopes, milestones, and timelines for AI, Web3, and infrastructure initiatives. • Act as the bridge between engineering, research, and product teams to align development efforts. • Implement agile methodologies, run stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively work on solutions to keep projects on track. • Understand system architecture, AI models, and blockchain integrations to facilitate effective decision-making. • Provide regular updates, reports, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Leverage JIRA, Notion, GitHub Projects, or other tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, engineering management, or a related role. • Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, blockchain, or Web3 infrastructure. • Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and software development lifecycles. • Technical background with experience in Python, Rust, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript (coding experience is a plus but not required). • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both engineers and leadership. • Bonus Points • Experience working with AI agent frameworks, smart contract development, or decentralized applications (dApps). • Hands-on experience with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes. • Contributions to open-source AI, Web3, or developer tooling projects. • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
