📋 Description

• Assess and research vehicle values using multiple valuation methods • Review and analyze documents from internal and external sources related to the vehicle assessment process • Adhere to and maintain departmental standards and/or KPIs • Provide superior customer service to policyholders and ensure timely and fair claim settlements • Other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• A valid AMF license as a claims adjuster • 3 years of automobile insurance experience and/or 2 years of total-loss experience are considered assets • Comfortable with insurance policy wording and terminology • Demonstrated insurance experience and understanding of the field • Solid understanding of indemnity conventions and claims settlement principles • Excellent ability to provide exceptional customer service • Demonstrates strong teamwork, solid negotiation skills, and the ability to make decisions • Bilingual required: French and English, both written and spoken • Proficiency with the MS Office suite • Understanding of automotive terminology, the vehicle market, and auto damage estimates • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
