📋 Description

• Contribute to defining and delivering the lifecycle of products in Allstate’s portfolio • Support strategic product vision, product discovery, and roadmaps • Work closely with key stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies • Lead discovery and test-and-learn activities for product validation • Apply user-centered design practices to gather insights and incorporate user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a product-focused role • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering products in an IT environment • Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise initiatives • Experience using Java or Python • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate challenges
