📋 Description

• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of newer-level Bodily Injury Claims Advisors, fostering professional growth and expertise. • Offer coaching to improve technical capabilities and enhance performance. • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop individual development plans to ensure continuous improvement. • Lead the execution of best practices in claims handling, with a focus on early resolution strategies for bodily injury claims. • Monitor the quality and timeliness of claims management to ensure compliance with company guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards. • Establish clear goals and objectives for the team to align with departmental and organizational targets. • Monitor staffing levels and workload distribution. • Identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the claims process and implement corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and working knowledge in Bodily Injury claims handling • Experience in a people leadership capacity • Knowledge of liability claims handling is an asset • Strong knowledge of ​Tableau , Excel, PowerPoint. • Guidewire experience is an asset • Proven ability to develop strategies for efficiently resolving files directly with plaintiff counsel • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing data and recommending solutions
