📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of Vocational Case Management operations • Ensure full compliance with SSA Ticket to Work requirements • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team • Streamline operational processes and establish measurable benchmarks • Champion participant engagement and develop innovative programs • Leverage data analytics to monitor performance and drive decision-making • Represent AES as a thought leader at various events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in vocational rehabilitation, social work, counseling, psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 5+ years of experience in the Ticket to Work Program, vocational case management, rehabilitation services, employment services for individuals with disabilities, or Social Security Disability programs • Proven leadership and team management experience • Strong knowledge of SSA Ticket to Work program requirements and disability benefits • Ability to balance regulatory compliance with innovative, participant-focused strategies • Data-driven decision-making skills, including tracking and analyzing performance metrics to improve outcomes • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
