• Order Processing and Follow Up • Follow up with credit team on time-sensitive orders • Review MN 19 screen and update F8 notes • Provide tracking and ETA information to customer • Work with logistics on shipping issues • Submit freight quote requests through UPS website or Operations department

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school • 1-2 years of related experience - B2B sales support • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Problem solving ability and the ability to 'think on your feet' • Strong verbal communication skills • Service orientation and a mindset to support sales team and drive long term, trusting relationships • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
