📋 Description
• Define and own Alpaca's market data strategy • Decide what data to source and how to package it • Negotiate exchange licensing and redistribution rights • Build the commercial model for market data products • Own the developer experience for market data APIs • Lead partner discovery to prioritize data capabilities
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Product Manager or in similar role • Strong understanding of market data and analytics • Negotiation skills with vendors and exchanges • Ability to assess build-vs-buy decisions • Knowledge of competitive positioning for market data • Understanding of developer experience for APIs (REST, WebSocket/SSE) • Familiarity with pricing and packaging models for data products
