📋 Description

• Provide high-quality support to enterprise-level clients through phone, email, and chat • Investigate and resolve issues involving account management, order entry, processing, execution, FIX sessions, and OMS functionality • Troubleshoot client technical issues to ensure seamless operations • Monitor client accounts and trading activity for anomalies and provide timely alerts and support • Stay informed on market developments and trading infrastructure to provide client guidance and insights • Monitor corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and mergers, ensuring timely communication and resolution • Collaborate with trading desks, operations, IT, and compliance teams to resolve client issues • Collect client feedback and share insights with product development and management teams • Ensure client interactions and trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies • Identify and address potential risks associated with client operations and trading processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • At least 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or a related field • Proven experience in customer support, relationship management, and trading services • Experience with trading platforms and equities trading; familiarity with FIX protocol • FINRA Series 7, 63, or local equivalent, with willingness to obtain within the first 6 months • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Proficient verbal communication skills in a language other than English • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
