📋 Description

• Define and drive the design vision for our platform, product, and visual branding • Lead a team of product designers in delivering high-quality user experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key user flows and build solutions that meet the product requirements • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions • Present design solutions to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience in tech companies • Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers • Strong portfolio showcasing your product design work, with a focus on complex interactions and interfaces • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Understanding of blockchain technology and its impact on user experiences would be a big plus but not required
