📋 Description
• Lead the commercialization and GTM workflow process that brings new products from concept to shelf on time and within budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory to stay aligned and move fast. • Track key launch metrics (OTIF, cycle time, readiness) and report progress to leadership. • Identify and remove roadblocks that slow down execution or impact launch quality while also reporting on post-launch reviews to the leadership team. • Build tools, templates, and systems that make the commercialization process faster, clearer, and easier for everyone to follow.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in commercialization, product operations, or cross-functional project management within CPG, food & beverage, or sports nutrition. • Past experience in retail, DTC, Amazon, and specialty channel dynamics. • Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory teams. • Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent). • Proven ability to lead post-launch reviews and continuous improvement cycles.
