• Lead Alpha USA’s national marketing and communications strategy. • Ensure brand, voice, and messaging are aligned across teams and channels. • Empower and inspire a high-performing team; support with freelancers and agencies. • Design digital journeys with clear KPIs and regular testing. • Shape Alpha’s national voice; curate stories across video, print, web, email, and social. • Lead national strategies to expand Alpha’s reach. • Provide churches with inspiring content and digital kits; collaborate with regional teams. • Define brand tone and visual identity; oversee PR and media engagement. • Cultivate a learning culture; oversee contractors and agencies; build succession and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing/communications with success in digital campaigns and messaging strategy. • Translator mindset: synthesize vision into clear narratives and campaigns. • Experience guiding small teams and managing vendors. • Proficient with digital platforms (social, email, CMS/CRM, analytics). • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
