📋 Description
• Help define the product and commercial positioning. • Identify the strongest use cases for AI voice agents in debt collection. • Open doors to potential pilot customers. • Lead or support customer discovery and sales conversations. • Advise on workflows, scripts, compliance constraints and buyer expectations. • Help shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market. • Work closely with Altamira’s technical team to prioritise product features.
🎯 Requirements
• strong debt collection/recoveries industry knowledge; • existing relationships with agencies, banks, lenders, fintechs or BPO/contact centre operators; • ability to validate the product with real buyers; • commercial drive to secure first pilots and customers; • input into pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy. • Strong network in the debt collection or recovery market. • Ability to access decision makers and potential pilot customers. • Entrepreneurial mindset. • Commercially driven and comfortable with early-stage uncertainty. • Fluent English. • Willingness to work on an equity-only basis at the early stage.
