📋 Description

• Contribute to the industrialization of processes in France (apply the defined methodology and identify the tools to support them) • Redesign key performance indicators associated with processes • Coordinate the complete translation of the management system • Contribute to identifying optimal deployment strategies for the Integrated Management System (IMS) across subsidiaries • Help define deployment priorities (countries, tools, components, etc.) • Improve accessibility of our management system through our tools (AQM design, available languages, communication) • Support the creation of dashboards • Lead international workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a demanding professional environment, ideally within an IT services company (ESN) with a strong results orientation • Good knowledge of management system methods and tools (problem-solving methodology, root-cause analysis tools) or of project management (Lean Management) • Proficiency in English required (minimum recent TOEIC score of 850) • Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001 and EN9100 is a plus
