📋 Description

• Be fully familiar with and oversee the IT team's end-to-end workflow. • Prioritize projects and allocate tasks according to available resources. • Organize, plan and supervise daily activities. • Maintain performance indicators: workload plan, ticket tracking, service quality. • Coach, support and remove blockers for team members in their tasks. • Welcome, train and support new hires and trainees. • Ensure the application of Worldgrid's ISMS at the local level (ISO 27000, BCP/DRP). • Collaborate closely with the security officer to maintain the security posture of the infrastructure. • Identify and propose improvement areas to strengthen efficiency and service quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (IT Operations Manager, Infrastructure Team Lead, IT Coordinator...) • Strong combination of technical and managerial skills required. • Experience in an ISO 27000-certified environment or in a context with strong information security requirements. • Solid experience with BCP / DRP (Business Continuity Plan / Disaster Recovery Plan). • Good understanding of IT infrastructure environments.
