📋 Description
• Monitor and implement relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the supply chain and collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance. • Regularly review and update processes and documentation to address evolving legal frameworks. • Develop, implement, and monitor sustainability strategies across the supply chain. • Actively enable and develop suppliers on a national and international level with regard to sustainability. • Systematically collect and analyze sustainability data.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in pharmaceutical management, medical technology, industrial engineering, or a related field (ideally with a specialization or focus on sustainability). • At least three years of professional experience implementing regulatory requirements for sustainable supply chains (e.g., LkSG, CSRD, CSR-RUG, etc.). • Deep understanding of sustainability across the three dimensions: economic, environmental, and social. • Analytical thinking and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work. • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
