📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring aerospace products comply with customer and regulatory requirements. • Monitoring product conformity in production: conformity checks, handling and closure of non-conformities (NC). • Leading and facilitating PPS and 8D analyses, implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Acting as an interface with programs and stakeholders: liaising with Program teams, Design Office, Purchasing, Suppliers, and Production. • Daily line-side assembly monitoring and managing quality priorities with operational teams. • Contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and process robustness.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a master’s degree (Bac+5), ideally with a specialization in quality. • Strong aerospace knowledge (production, final assembly, mechanical, electrical, systems). • Proficiency in quality methods (8D, PPS, FMEA (AMDEC), Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto). • Ability to read drawings and technical documents. • Good understanding of how a final assembly line (FAL) operates and of production constraints. • Fluent English (C1) required. • Rigour and analytical mindset. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple functions. • Hands-on, comfortable working close to the product and on the shop floor. • Team player, responsive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
