• Actively shape usability engineering and support design validation in agile development projects • Plan and conduct practical user tests — both internal and external • Advocate for the users' perspective • Independently coordinate complex work packages • Prepare regulatory approvals for products
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree, ideally in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, or an engineering/natural sciences discipline with a focus on Human Factors • Several years of professional experience in the development of medical devices or in vitro diagnostics • Experience planning and conducting user tests • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners • Solution-oriented thinking and working in an agile, dynamic environment • Clear and persuasive communication in English
