• Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifizierung von Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten • Konfiguration und Anpassung von ServiceNow-Plattformen • Integration von ServiceNow-Lösungen mit anderen Systemen • Schulung von Kunden und Benutzern in der Verwendung von ServiceNow • Koordination und Vorantreiben von Digitalisierungsprojekten • Bewertung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Betriebsprozesse gemäß IT-Servicestrategie • Verantwortlichkeit für Projektkoordination und Umsetzung
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Erfahrung mit ServiceNow-Plattformen • Bereits Implementierungserfahrung in ServiceNow • Tiefes technisches Know-how in Webtechnologien (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React u.Ä.) • Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung hochwertiger Dienstleistungen mit SLAs/Leistungsstandards • Erfahrung im Aufbau schlanker und optimaler Prozesse • Fokus auf Usability und Anwenderorientierung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
