📋 Description

• Execute migration operations according to the established schedule and procedures. • Use dedicated tools (SPMT, ShareGate, Migration Manager, PowerShell scripts). • Prepare source and target environments (permissions, paths, prerequisites). • Participate in pre- and post-migration validation testing. • Verify the completeness of migrated data (volume, folder structure, permissions). • Identify and report detected anomalies. • Propose simple corrective actions or escalate to N3. • Produce progress reports (migration log, success rate, errors). • Document incidents, actions taken, and technical follow-ups. • Update dashboards, procedures, and checklists.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience preferred in N2 support or data migration • Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 or Bac+3) in IT / Systems and Networks / Cloud • Proficiency in Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams • Good command of English.
