• We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Specialist, Trustee Operations to join our team in Bengaluru, India. • In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of trustee operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service. • Review and execute trustee-related documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Process and update VA appraisals and related documents in the system. • Collaborate with clients, appraisers, and legal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. • Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys via phone, email, and fax. • Maintain and update team manuals and provide assistance to team members regarding operational issues. • Perform quality control checks on trustee operations processes. • Manage document recording and maintain accurate records. • Assist in the review of foreclosure files and collaborate with the litigation team when necessary. • Update and maintain various spreadsheets related to trustee operations. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of trustee operations processes and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure • In-depth understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures • Experience with recording in a title or trustee capacity • Notary certification preferred • Experience with reverse mortgage services is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
