• Establishing and enforcing corporate inventory control and management policies • Coordinate with the Customer Experience Planning team for inventory management • Ensure facilities have sufficient warehouse space and optimized layouts • Optimize inventory control processes and reduce slow-moving/obsolete inventory • Define and document warehouse operating systems and process standards • Create implementation plans for Warehouse Management Systems • Support projects related to production and/or warehouse automation • Develop monthly key performance indicators (KPI’s) for warehouse operations • Provide training and trouble-shoot support for inventory and warehouse processes • Lead continuous improvement and cost savings projects related to inventory management • Participate in all trainings and adhere to safety procedures
• Certification or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Business, or other related field • Three to five years of work experience related to inventory management activities • Five to eight years of work experience related to warehouse management activities • Experience with supporting or implementing process improvements • Certification or work experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles • Experience with deploying continuous improvement projects to cross-functional teams
