• Lead and manage a team of Equipment Finance Sales Professionals. • Oversee vendor and customer relationships, including lease transactions. • Act as a "Player Coach," mentoring and training sales professionals while also contributing to direct sales efforts. • Prospect and develop new and existing vendor and end-user customer relationships. • Analyze customer financial information to recommend tailored financing solutions. • Collaborate with small and mid-sized vendors and end users to secure optimal financing solutions. • Conduct financing sales training through meetings, calls, and events such as tradeshows. • Build and maintain strong business relationships with senior management and operational contacts. • Work closely with vendors and customers to enhance and optimize financing programs. • Represent the company at national trade shows as needed. • Ensure new financing programs are well-communicated and implemented effectively. • Partner with management and support teams to achieve defined objectives. • Resolve issues and provide troubleshooting support as required.
• Ability to evaluate customer financial needs and provide customized financing solutions. • Expertise in developing sales teams and driving sales performance. • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. • 5–7 years of sales experience in the Equipment Finance Industry, with 2–5 years of Sales Leadership Experience. • A background in the Equipment Finance Industry. • Familiarity with financial concepts, including the Time Value of Money, present value theory, credit evaluation, and lease structuring.
