📋 Description

• Own and drive quality assurance across the product lifecycle. • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies across services and repositories. • Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end automated tests for our web applications. • Establish clear QA documentation, metrics, and reporting for visibility across teams. • Build and maintain automated test suites, focusing on scalability, speed, and reliability. • Integrate and manage automated tests within CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. • Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve QA effectiveness. • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure release confidence and fast feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA for modern SaaS applications, combining manual and automated testing. • Demonstrated ability to evolve or scale QA practices — including automation, test coverage, and release validation — within a growing engineering organization. • Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium). • Experience in scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to develop and maintain automated tests. • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Pytest, or equivalent). • Familiarity with integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, or similar). • Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset. • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and reliability.
