📋 Description

• Coordinate and provide technical consulting for the software and system development and deployment landscape. • Ensure harmonized software development processes and tools and promote their correct usage within the development environment. • Review and verify compliance with central and derived system-specific development guidelines and conventions. • Drive consistent system-specific guidelines for the software development landscape, including deployment rules and procedures, aligned with central standards (e.g., software development handbook: programming and coding standards, technical documentation, naming conventions, etc.). • Advise solution and product teams on technical software development topics (e.g., landscape, deployment, change management). • Train and coach software developers on development guidelines. • Establish prerequisites and set up the environment for regular quality checks (e.g., code reviews, technical documentation, deployment quality). • Provide technical coordination for software upgrade projects. • Collaborate closely with the IT Development Lead and Operational Lead of the solution or product team. • Actively contribute to the Solution Excellence Development Organization and serve as its ambassador within the development teams, following central concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of ABAP coding experience. • Experience with R/3 and S/4HANA. • Experience using SAP Solution Manager for transport/releases. • Experience in architecture design. • Experience in both application development and technical upgrade projects (R/3 & S/4HANA). • Broad technical background, strong programming skills, and experience in code quality management. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong conflict management skills. • Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with Scrum/agile frameworks. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in technical development coordination. • Familiarity with technical development tools. • Experience with data analytics. • Experience in cloud development.
