• Act as the first point of contact for members calling for roadside assistance • Respond to high volume inbound calls • Record member information thoroughly and correctly • Identify call locations and assign calls accurately • Process road service requests efficiently • Educate and inform members of their coverage and costs
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment • Strong communication skills • Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends • Must pass a Canadian Criminal Record Check • Smartphone device (Apple or Android) for two-factor authentication • Stable, high-speed internet connection • Ability to work in a dedicated home office space free of distractions.
