📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for potential business customers. • Your goal is to generate interest, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team in Hamburg. • Important: You will not conduct sales conversations or close contracts. • Your focus is exclusively on professional first contact and appointment setting. • Telephone outreach to companies (B2B outbound) • Identification of relevant contacts and decision-makers • Qualification of potential prospects • Scheduling consultation appointments for our sales team • Documenting conversations in the CRM system • Close cooperation with the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoyment of telephone communication • Confident and professional appearance • Structured and reliable working style • Goal-oriented and self-reliant • Good German skills, both spoken and written • Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is an advantage but not required
