• Demonstrate professional conduct and ethics • Work as a cooperative team member • Apprise managers of scheduled presentations • Prepare and present marketing materials • Serve as a liaison between the company and referral sources • Educate referral sources on home health care services • Communicate frequently with referral sources • Identify and resolve issues with services • Evaluate marketing strategies • Promote the company's positive image in the community • Coordinate necessary services for patients • Prescreen patients for home health needs • Maintain knowledge of agency policies and Medicare regulations • Ensure timely delivery of care plans for signatures • Participate in meetings and programs
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Medicare/Medicare Advantage Plans • Experience with Commercial Insurances (BCBS/Aetna/United/Etc.) • Proven track record of success in sales or marketing • Ability to establish relationships with referral sources • Strong communication skills
