• Manage the cold email marketing and lead generation strategy and execution for AmazonRankPro from start to finish, including the following: • Create a monthly email calendar based on target segments, events, promotions, industry trends, etc. • Create and set up cold email automation and marketing processes, including copywriting, personalisation, deliverability, etc • Conduct upfront email audits in various ESPs, QA emails, etc • Create weekly and monthly email reports • Analyze campaign results and improve email marketing performance - from deliverability to domain reputation and from open rates to sales • Maintain high email deliverability across all platforms and email types. Master the art of email list segmentation, delivering the right messages to the right people based on audience behaviours • Build email campaigns that cover different stages of the user journey to improve user conversion rate to activation, increase user activity level, and decrease churn • Work in a cross-functional team with marketing, sales, CS, and product professionals
• 3-6 years of experience related to Cold Email Marketing, Lead Generation, etc. • B2B experience is highly preferred • Strong and deep understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, email authentication, deliverability processes, and analytics (instantly.ai experience preferred) • Experience in owning 100,000+ subscriber databases • Experience with multiple ESPs, including MailWizz, Sendinblue, Sendingrid, etc. • Strong experience in working with A/B testing methodologies • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems • Experience in managing seasonal marketing calendars and deep experience implementing CRM systems across segmentation, workflows, lists, and automation
