📋 Description

• Site Supervision & Field Leadership • Provide full‑time site presence as required by the project schedule • Direct, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel • Conduct daily site inspections to verify progress, workmanship, safety, and housekeeping • Coordinate work sequencing and site logistics to avoid conflicts and delays • Plan and manage outages, shutdowns, and system tie‑ins in coordination with facility operations • Maintain accurate daily site logs, manpower reports, and construction activity records • Provide constructability, sequencing, and site condition input to support design and procurement planning • Support quality assurance (QA) review of contract tender documents • Implement and enforce the Site Project Health & Safety Plan in accordance with relevant regulations • Oversee construction of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) • Act as the on‑site point of contact for the ESCO team.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial building electrical, mechanical, or engineering construction management • Current First Aid certification required prior to starting on site • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid technical, computer, and presentation abilities • Legally entitled to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship • Valid provincial driver’s license, in good standing • Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Reliability Status security clearance (condition of employment).
