📋 Description

• Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine whether debt settlement is a viable option • Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to company-provided leads • Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits • Explain debt settlement terms and conditions, monthly payments, and resolution timelines • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements in the company CRM system • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company debt-settlement policies • Stay current on debt settlement industry changes, legal updates, and market conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs • 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success • Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM to manage customer interactions and documentation • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and results-driven attitude • Proficiency in Google Workspace, email communication, customer inquiry management, multitasking, and internet navigation • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly • Experience managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and guide clients toward informed financial decisions • Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required • Dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions for confidential customer conversations • Reliable high-speed internet connection with ability to connect via Ethernet cable • Must currently reside in the United States
