• Arrange and book domestic and international travel for VIP clients • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email • Act as a trusted consultant using travel expertise • Provide creative solutions in emergent travel situations • Work individually and as a team to meet business goals
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Corporate Travel Counselor • Understanding of fares and ticketing rules • Passion for excellence in corporate client service • Native Sabre proficiency preferred but not required • Basic computer navigation skills • Professional communication (written and verbal) • Attention to detail • Ability to resolve client issues quickly and independently • Possess an attitude of teamwork and openness to feedback
