📋 Description

• Manage a remote team of finance professionals (up to 7 Bookkeeping Specialists and Cloud Accountants) • Ensure successful client service delivery for a growing portfolio of growth-oriented clients • Review year-end trial balances, supporting working papers and financial statements • Monitor and elevate the quality and timeliness of client communication • Support and participate in client advisory work, including leading ad hoc financial projects • Champion AI adoption within the team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a multi-client accounting environment • Direct experience managing bookkeeping and accounting teams • Exposure to client advisory work is a strong asset • Strong familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools and platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, Dext, WagePoint) • A recognized accounting designation (CPA preferred) or equivalent experience • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
