📋 Description

• Conduct research and analysis of financial data to identify suspicious or unusual activity. • Prepare clear, concise written summaries with recommendations and conclusions. • Perform quality control reviews of work completed by Associate Analysts. • Review client files and account activity to ensure compliance with KYC and AML/BSA regulations. • Support the Manager in supervising a team of analysts to meet quality and production goals. • Assist with advanced tasks, including client communication, performance assessments, and development of client-specific tools and training. • Provide guidance to analysts on workflow and administrative tasks. • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and client requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience in AML/BSA or financial crime compliance. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into clear reports. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team. • Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CKYCA). • Master’s degree. • Strong understanding of banking regulations and financial crime laws. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to change and improvement. • Ability to influence others and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
