📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting budgetary control • Monitor technology investments • Ensure regulatory compliance • Manage the area's headcount • Interact with the ServiceNow platform to manage requests and financial processes related to IT • Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the IT budget (OPEX and CAPEX) • Perform financial analyses for the IT area • Prepare management reports • Identify budget variances • Support strategic decision-making • Work in an integrated manner between finance and technical teams • Monitor contracts, commercial negotiations, and cost control • Monitor and evaluate service levels (SLAs and OLAs) • Ensure compliance with agreed performance indicators • Mitigate financial and operational risks • Support cost management, investments, and the area's financial indicators • Ensure compliance with regulations and tax incentives • Manage IT vacancy control (IT headcount) • Post IT invoices in the system • Track them through to payment completion in the system • Register, track, and report financial requisitions • Prepare management reports and executive presentations • Interact with IT, Legal, Tax, and Procurement teams • Support the implementation of improvements to financial processes and internal controls • Comply with and help disseminate Information Security Policies and Procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Previous experience in budgeting and financial control • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Solution-oriented mindset • Analytical skills • Good communication and the ability to act as a bridge between technical and business teams • Experience in vendor management • Proactive • Experience in headcount control and supporting people management in IT
